All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 service fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance of your reservation will forfeit your deposit, unless the house is re-booked. In the event of an early departure, your entire reservation must be honored. In the event you fail to cancel your reservation and do not claim the house, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. Any monies owed, due to cancellations, will be billed to your credit card. |
